The Hebrew connecting word for "son of..." is  Ben.  The connecting word for "Daughter of... "  is Bat pronounced "Baht"   Consider Ben Gurion, or maybe, Ben Hur?

Bob's Hebrew name is "Baruch" which means Blessed.  His father's Hebrew name is "Dov" which means Bear.  So in the Wedding you will hear him recognized as "Baruch ben Dov" or Literally "Blessed son of a bear".  Go figure.

Maryann's Hebrew name is Miriam.  Miriam was the sister of Moses.*  She selected this name in part because it is also Bob's mother's middle name.  Her parents names will be essentially Hebrew-ized (to O'Coin a phrase) to the daughter of Abraham and Sarah.
