The Diane de Meridor is a very intimate restaurant 

where we ate for three nights in the Loire Valley, France. 

They have the best creme brule' ever tasted and the local

fish is very nice.  This "gift" would be very extravagant, except 

that we would provide our own transportation and lodgings.
