No Foolin'  This is not a small project and we do not expect any one individual to consider this as a gift.  On the other hand, it is an improvement to our home that we would like to make that will be with us for years and allow both ourselves and our guests much enjoyment in the warmer months.  Bernie and Alice installed one last year and claim it was like adding another room to their condo.

The awning has powered extension and retraction. It is attached to the roof just above the eves over the deck.   There are several vendors who sell and install these devices and we estimate the cost will be about $2,000.
